Implantation bleeding? 10 DPO

Hi ladies! I have endometriosis but I am super regular with my cycle. Never early, never late and not on birth control. My regular cycle never eases in, its a full blown raging river and i can feel it a day before i start, not to mention how awful the cramps are.

This morning I went to the bathroom and wiped, and saw a pink tinge and a little mucus. I put on a panty liner and it wasn't even enough to collect there (wore it all day) but when I wipe, I could still see a little bit of pink blood. Also, there is no cramps with this.

I just went to the bathroom, and now there is not even a little bit.

Is my cycle just playing tricks on me, or should I go ahead and test? I never had Implantation bleeding with my first and don't know when the most accurate time to test is.
