miscarriage

Hi ladies, I need help. I don’t know if this is a ridiculous question to ask but I truly am not sure and don’t really know how to find out after all of this time. Is there a way to find out if you have had a miscarriage without knowing your pregnant and if it’s been a while? I went over a month and a half without a period and didn’t think of it cuz I am usually irregular but then I started bleeding this brown chunky blood and my stomach hurt really bad. I didn’t think anything of it until recently when we talked about miscarriages in my women’s health class and now I am confused.
