Frozen breastmilk
I took out frozen breastmilk at 3ish yesterday. Planned to get her it at dinner but it was still a rock so I gave her fresh. Can I give it to her today at dinner? At 8pm last night it was still half frozen. Not sure how the 24hr rule works... is it 24hrs after thawed? Thanks.
