Although I still have a mirena in I had to comment. I think you should probably change your poll answers to months instead of weeks. Not many people will have fallen pregnant that soon after iud removal.

I did ~4 months after getting my Mirena out, but didn't start trying for at least three months to allow my lining to thicken again (my doctor recommended 3 cycles) :)
