Is college worth going to?

Question

I personally don't want to go to college since the only way I'll ever get there is going into debt and I personally don't want to go there since all I see for myself is homelessness and getting a low paying job.
So for those who have gone to college, did it help you?

depends on your plans after uni. a lot of people don't have solid plans that help them secure a future that would make going to uni worth it, and some are just unlucky. some of my friends went to trade school instead which can be just as expensive at some schools, but provide valuable specialisation and allow them to get good jobs. i chose to go to uni bc 1. i want to go to law school and 2. the main reason i bothered with undergrad was to network since the school i chose is prestigious and many of my friends have their own businesses. for my bf, his degree in software engineering has allowed him to earn $140k at 21 y/o as well as being a CTO for a friend's startup in exchange for equity, and when he gets his master's he'll reasonably be able to jump to another company and ask for $175k+.

College isn’t for everyone😊 you could look into trade schools too but also explore all the schools you can! You never know what degree you will find! I am getting a bachelors of science majoring in natural horsemanship. Different schools specialize in different degrees, don’t just assume all colleges offers the same education programs. 
Shop around, research, look at all colleges & all trade options! & plan for AFTER school. Look at demand for the industry to help decide if you will be able to find a job in your chosen field or if you should find something more practical, look at salary, areas of demand, etc... evaluate what you want to do & what lifestyle you want in the long run. Failing to plan is planning to fail. 
I am in my 6th year of college because I failed to plan & I didn’t really know what I wanted to do until my 4th year when I should have been graduating. Now I’m on my path & have a year & a half left.

I’m also in college and it’s a great experience. I love it more than I ever did high school and ofc it won’t be easy, nothing worth having in life is ever easy!
