I need help and guidance!!

I’m lost and need help! so after I had sex I started bleeding. Now I’m spotting light pink and brown. Ive had red a couple times. I’m having pregnancy symptoms. I don’t think it’s AF (my period) because this has never happened to me before and I’m getting symptoms that I’ve never had before when I would be on my period, so I feel like this isn’t my period. I took a pregnancy test last night and this morning, both negative. I feel it’s too early to tell. My period should be around here soon. I only bleed when I wipe. I have had spots on my pad. I’ve had back ache, sore breasts, my areoles look larger and darker, moodiness, mild cramps. I never get these symptoms. Please I need some guidance
