No because it can happen with the NIPT too that you do at the doctors. Its a risk you take when you buy the kit or pay for the test either way

My guess is that it’s inconclusive bc the sample they received wasn’t sufficient (for whatever reason). That’s not their fault. And they used their labs to process the sample which isn’t free.
