Weird periods while TTC

I was on birth control for 15 years. I have been off of it for over a year. My period has always been on time and the same. Well the past 3 months it’s been way off and very light. What has also been off is my ovulating testing, I am never high anymore and I test 2 time a day. Anyone else having this problem? The only thing that has change is I started taking prenatal vitamins and having sex every other day. Help! Not sure what to do!
