BBT spike for ovulation?

Hey everyone,

This is my first time using Glow, as well as frost round of clomid as I have PCOS and have been TTC for 2 years.

I got a positive digital opk on CD13 and 14, and I felt some burning/ pulling pain around my right ovary last night(CD 14)

Glow is also saying that I ovulated on CD 14. Would you guys agree that my temp spike this morning is enough to confirm ovulation has occurred? I am aware that I should way for at least 3 days before I can confirm but I have no patience!! Haha

Anyone got some input?
