Help! Implantation?? 10 dpo

Can someone please help me? Has anyone ever had this? I am 10 dpo, been having some symptoms like waves of nausea, sore boobs, fatigue, etc... I know this is tmi and gross but I was checking my cervical mucus for tracking purposes and when I pulled my finger out there was the teeniest bit of blood like barely any but it was like a pinkish cervical mucus. Pic below... it’s just a very light pink color. Is this start of AF or could it be implantation? I could have sworn I had implantation a few days ago, because I was having ovary twinges and pulling sensations so it seems odd that the “blood” would be coming now....
