Why can't I get pregnant?

I know this post is such a long shot, but I'm hoping someone reads my story and can help me know what to do next if anything at all.

Me and my husband have been trying to conceive for just over 3 years. I'm 27, he's 26. We are both fairly fit, good eating habits, I would say we are healthy.

I have regular periods, I ovulate, this was confirmed through OPKs and ultra sounds. My husband was tested, his sperm is good and active.

I get cysts here and there, but was told by my doctor it wouldn't keep me from getting pregnant.

No family history on either sides of infertility, in fact just the opposite! Very fruitful families, including all other siblings.

Its not happening though. We aren't getting pregnant. I've done 2 IUIs, trigger shots, tried Clomid and metformin just in case the cysts are a bigger problem than suspected. Still NOTHING.

Idk where to go from here if anywhere? I'm so lost, IVF is too far out of reach...

Anyone else experience something similar? Is there a box I'm not checking?
