HELP! 😲 HEMORRHOIDS!

Anyone else here struggling with hemorrhoids? I'm 35+4 and I started getting prolapsed internal hemorrhoids last week. That means, they are hanging out of my ass. Last week, they were so awful that I could feel them when I walked!😲. They haven't gone back in my butt. However, some days they are larger than others.

To remedy the nuisance, I use preperation h cooling gel, preperation h cream with lidocaine, coconut oil, sitz bath filled with either coconut oil, apple cider vinegar, or epson salt mixed with hot water. I also use witch hazel preperation h wipes, and 4x the recommended amount of stool softener 😲!

Any advice??? Anyone else know anything about this? Will it worsen after delivery? Please tell me all!
