Not sure what to believe

On 12/11 I went to the ER for some side pain. They of course did blood work and most of it came back while I was there. However, about an hour after I got home the doctor called to tell me that my blood HCG came back positive. It didn’t have levels just said positive. I took a home test that night and got this.

Monday night ( 12/14) I went bad because my side pain wasn’t any better. Well this time they tested my urine and it was negative so they did a blood test and it was negative as well and my levels read 5<. I tested throughout the weekend and was still getting vvfl on home tests.

They told me I possibly had a miscarriage and didn’t know. I had a very light period from 12/4-12/8 and it was just slightly less than my normal cycles, and no bleeding since then.

I haven’t tested since being told the news but I’m not sure how I feel. I feel very crampy today and not expected to get my next period for another 2 weeks almost.
