i have tested 4 times in total since i was last pressured into sex by a guy i know. 
i took a test at 6 weeks, 10 weeks, 3 months, and 3.5 months. all negative
can i stop now? my doctor said i should wait 6 months but planned parenthood said i should stop since its been more than 3 months. What should i do :(

If it will ease your mind then go for the six month test but I think it's safe to say you don't have it, as literally nothing is indicating you do.

Is he positive? Showing symptoms? 
Test are pretty accurate but if it eases your mind take the 6 month test. Look out for any mouth sores, rashes, or flu like symptoms. I suffer from OCD so I overthink every possible virus. Even HIV. I understand how you feel.
