Please help. Brown discharge at 7-8 weeks pregnant

I have been getting this discharge when I wipe after peeing since last night. The second pic was this morning and a more jelly like consistency. I am so worried. I also had some lower right side pain near my hip bone this morning which seems to have now subsided. But I am so worried. Any advice of similar stories which have ended in successful pregnancy? Thanks.
