So I’ve been pumping exclusively for a week now. Every three hours for 10-25 minutes usually just depends how I feel. I have a NICU Baby so just trying to keep a schedule so my milk won’t dry up. Well last night I finally noticed my nipples cracking and beginning to bleed. I put a good lather of lanolin and some nipple balm but still a little uncomfortable. So moms what are your tips! It’s really important for me to breastfeed to bond with baby so I want to try all I can.
