If I get engorged daily because I can only pump once a day at work, will I get mastitis?

Why can you only pump once a day?? 
If you’re pumping when you’re away from your baby then you need to pump at the times you would feed so atleast every 3 hrs. If your job is not allowing that you need to speak to HR.

Yes, you can. You should be pumping when your baby would be feeding, which should be every 3ish hours. You could definitely get sick or lose your supply.   
If I had to physically go back to work I would invest in an Elvie or a Willow. They’re a little expensive but wireless, quiet and fit right into your bra. No one would even know you’re pumping.
