Finish before your started.

I've been having problems in the bedroom to where my significant other is finishing extremely early. Sometimes I feel like we are just starting and a couple seconds later he has finished and is ready to cuddle and relax and I haven't even reached hardly any arousal at all. How do I fix this problem? I don't want to say anything to hurt his feelings but I feel like I'm not getting anything out of sex anymore.
