So confused

About 5 days ago I had a peak clearblue ovulation test. Then 2 days after it was negative, which I expected. I tested 2 days ago and it was peak again? My temp did dip after the first peak, but I also took bbt later than usual. Now it is back at elevated but my question is which day do I record as O day? Am I 4dpo or 1? Red is bbt
