Pregnancy intuition

Did anyone just know they were pregnant with their first? I know I’ve had wishful thinking in the past but I’m either hell bent on hoping I’m pregnant or I really am! Strange cramping since 6dpo, especially on lower right side, back pain, strange twinges. I just don’t know if I’m crazy and am overly aware of my body because I want to see a positive! So.. anyone just know they were preggers?
