Does this sound like an Ovarian Cyst?

Question

Dr says I have PCOS for last couple years. Haven’t taken BC until now. I have left hip pain only when I get up to walk or when walking, really bad. I’ve had this sorta pain for 2 1/2 months. So I started Lo Loestrin Fe a week ago and I’m having slight rectal pain along with the hip pain. I have no pain when lying still. Does this sound like an ovarian cyst?

Maybe but I don't know if I'd assume that's the case?
I have PCOS and started to suffer with horrendous hip pain but only when first getting up - after walking(limping) a few steps it'd ease. I had an inflamed hip "cushion". 'Trochanteric Bursitis'. 
I've also had a cyst burst and spent the day in a+e as they thought I had appendicitis! 
Completely different pain but the cyst hurt all of the time.

Not really. When I’ve had cysts rupture it’s  really clear...like laying on the ground writhing in pain kinda clear. The first time I thought my appendix burst. I vomited then fainted and woke up in the ER. Imagine how a man would act if his testicle spontaneously ruptured. That’s what ovarian cysts feel like when they rupture, until then they wait silently.

Sounds like my pain when I had an endometrioma cyst on left ovary. I was diagnosed with endometriosis and have endometrioma removed. My ovary no long works.
