Adult Acne?

My skin is breaking out now whenever I start my period. I know it’s a hormone thing but wth. It’s never been like this before. I can’t even look at myself in the mirror right now. Feels so ugly.

Two little spots? That’s not a breakout that’s two little spots. No offense but come back when you have hundreds of pimples that don’t go away for years at a time. You are very lucky to only “break out” like that. Get some concealer to cover and move on with yourself

Hey! I’m so sorry that other person in the comments was so rude, I notice she comments stuff like that all the time! Super unfortunate. It does suck to break out during hormonal times, but definitely not adult acne! It would look quite a bit worse! What is your skin care routine like? Also, if you wear a mask often, it could be from that as well, especially if it’s not happened before.
