Don't want to give up

My baby came early at 28 weeks3 days. She is doing very good and will hopefully be home by Christmas!!(her due date was 12/24) She came October 11th. I got my period when she was 4 weeks old and now my milk supply is extremely low!  I'm exclusively pumping because she isn't old enough (gestational age) to latch. I've been taking fenugreek and lactation cookies. To be honest I don't pump as regularly as I should because I'm always back and forth at the hospital and still trying to maintain a household. I asked my doctor about the prescription medicine for lactation and she wouldn't let me have it. I already feel defeated because my baby came early, and I wanted to breastfeed because it's the best for her, and now I'm having trouble doing this! Any suggestions?
