When did your postpartum hair loss start?

Can you help it or stop it?

It's started around 3 months pp and stopped two years pp. Folic acid seems to have helped a bit. But I was still losing a lot of hair

Definitely can’t stop it but you can help hair grow back (can’t help it from falling out) by taking biotin, collagen, and keeping up with your prenatal/ postnatal vitamins. I’m sure there are spray and such you can find online for hair growth too

Started falling out at 3 months. I don’t remember how long that lasted 🧐 maybe a few months

Started at 3 months pp and everything started growing some ugly ass hair wings around 10 months pp. My hair’s a hot mess at the moment and will take forever to grow back completely, but I’m still relieved it started growing again! My bald spots were huge 😭

There is no stopping it if it happens. 
I focused on having a well balanced diet, taking my prenatal still and having general good health. A healthy body supports healthy hair so I was hopeful that would help support faster regrowth. No idea if it helped. 
A good hairstylist that can help you during the awkward regrowth stage is a must too!
