If I report a party to the police and want it to be anonymous so I give them a fake name, can I get in trouble for it? In illinois

Edit- the reason i reported it is because my boyfriend lied to me about where he was. he said he was working overtime but really he was at this party making out with his ex(found out from someone at the party who took a pic and posted it). so i called and busted it. i didn’t know telling them i wanted to be anonymous was an option because they asked for a call back number and name. i have them my real number but panicked and gave them a fake name for some reason🤣🤣 i haven’t gotten in trouble or anything but i ended up posting on a Reddit for legal advice asking if that was something I could get in trouble for and they all said that technically yes but considering i didn’t lie about any other information and did give them info on a real party that people were at with a bunch of underage kids drinking and driving, then the chances of them caring enough about me giving them a pseudonym is pretty much 0. Especially because I gave them my real number so they can easily find out who I am, it just looks like I panicked to them which happens a lot. Anyways, don’t lie to the police, and i may be a party pooper but i think my reasoning is justified🤧🤧
