So I’ve been having some dull cramping in my abdomen. Sometimes it switches side but it’s never painful enough for me to be bothered by it but I do notice it. I also have had a sharp pain in my lower shoulder blade/rib area in my back. Should this be a concern? Could it be an ectopic pregnancy? I’m trying to figure out if I should go to an ER or an Urgent Care. There’s no bleeding, no diarrhea, no fainting or light headedness. Am I just over thinking it??
