Symptoms of Mirena moving

Hi ladies! I’m looking for anyone that has experience with the Mirena IUD moving out of place or lodging into their uterine wall. If you could tell me exactly what your symptoms are I’d love to hear. I had the Mirena before planning my now 1 year old and decided to get it again in June this year. After having it places I had tons of bleeding (which is normal but I didn’t have previously) so I was checked a few weeks after and everything was ok. Well within the past few weeks I’ve had random SEVERE cramping to the point I’m in tears, bad bloating I’ve also never had, and weird bleeding and discharge. And these are all outside of my period.. I’ve had my period monthly and it’s always regular but within the last few weeks the symptoms I’m having appeared and are worrying me. I’ve never had bad cramps in my life and the discharge is thick and bloody like a mucous plug. I know they say it takes time for your body to get used to this but at this point I just feel like I’m experiencing things way too often that aren’t typical. I am going to see my GYN on Wednesday so I am getting checked but I’d like to know what anyone else has experienced
