Two skincare questions
Hi ladies, hoping you can help a girl out.
I bought Micellar Water, do I use it after washing (like a toner)? I know it doesn't have to be washed off, that's it.
Also, do you use a serum after or before your cream? On the bottle it said use on top of your cream but I read on an article that it's supposed to be used before cream.
