Blood in sick?

So this morning out of nowhere I thew up this phlegm bile stuff after feeling sick all night, I wasn’t sick much. I noticed that in the bile was a tiny bit of blood, it was tiny but still noticeable. This normal?
Edit: I was sick more and there was more blood this time

I would call my general practitioner if I were you. I'd say if it was just a tiny bit I wouldn't worry too much but I'd still be calling my GP to make sure that everything is okay.

When you wake up in the morning and puke, you stomach has digested all the food in you so that all you puke is the bile in your stomach and if it was just a tiny bit I wouldn't worry too much as it could be from not having anything in you.
