So my husband works 3 days a week as a guard until he gets cleared to go back to work as a diesel mechanic and on Thanksgiving he had to work because his boss changed his day with his son so his son could have the day off. So my husband told his boss a MONTH in advance that he wanted Christmas <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">Eve</a> off because that's when his family gets together and celebrates and stuff and last night 4 DAYS before Christmas <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">Eve</a> he gets his schedule and he has to work on that day when he scheduled it off a month in advance. If he asks his boss to change it he will give him an excuse about how he can't change it because its too late. Its stupid. Last year he had to work on Thanksgiving too and his boss does this crap so him and his son and his daughters boyfriend can have the holidays off but other guards don't. We are getting really tired of this kind of thing. My husbands last boss was a dick and he had to quite because he had a health problem that we didn't understand and it caused him to pass out daily (and working on semi-trucks isn't safe when that happens) and my husband has worked for this boss he has now before and even before he's done this crap. I know I should he thankful he still has a job and I am, I thankful that God has given us just enough to get through and pay bills and get food and supply for our son but I can't wait until my husband is cleared to work and goes back to doing what he loves to do instead of dealing with a boss that says he will help but when my husband texts him and schedules days off he only schedules them off it they aren't holidays because he's saving those for HIS family so they don't have to work 😡😡
