Sore throat ... any quick remedies ?

I started yesterday while I went it shopping ofc I had a mask on but I felt my throat kinda funny this morning I woke up with this kind Of mucus. Is there any way I can’t get rid of it like today

Sounds like the beginning of a virus. Try warm salt water gargles, throat lozenges, and lots of fluids. 
Your tonsils do not appear to shows signs of infection from the photo. They would be inflamed and often have exudate (pus) on them, so it does not look like tonsillitis as someone else had suggested. Viruses go away on their own (as do most cases of tonsillitis, actually) and do not need antibiotics. 
As with any medical issue, it’s always best to see your doctor for a visit if you have concerns. Hope you feel better soon!

Mix honey and cinnamon in a cup into a paste and eat it with a spoon. Emergenc packets that fizz. Double shot back to back very concentrated like a finger width of water. And strong menthol throat lozenges like cepacol or fisherman’s friend. Beats anything. Add in my asthma inhaler and I beat the virus.

Firstly there won’t be a get rid of it today solution if it is an infection you see doc and get an antibiotic 
In the meantime gargle salt water couple times throughout the day
