My girl has officially slept through the night 3 days in row! 🙌 On the first night, I didn’t have my pump because I left it by my moms house. I hadn’t used it in months. I used during the first 3 months because my girl actually slept decent at night. I’d pump one side while she nursed off the other. After the 4 month regression hit, she was waking 4/5 times a night so there was no time to pump. Now that she’s sleeping through the night, I’m wondering if I need to pump to keep my supply up. I woke up in so much pain the first night from not feeding her or pumping. The second night I pumped around one and I was too tired to pump again last night. 😩 I woke up around 2 and thought about it but fell back asleep😂 I don’t want my supply to go down during the day. What should I do?
