So for the past 2 years my white blood count has been very high and it just keeps increasing. I was supposed to see a hematologist a few months ago but then the pandemic happened so I forgot about it. Now I just got my blood tested again and the results came back abnormal. My white blood count is higher than it’s ever been and all my levels are all over the place. I do have some health issues and it would be nice to have an answer but I’m also very scared because obviously I don’t want cancer. I see a hematologist finally in 3 weeks and the waiting is killing me because I can just feel it. I just know I have it. It’s probably gonna take a couple months to get the answer, first I have to meet with the doctor then get a bone marrow test. If anyone has been through this already and has any advice or words of support I would really appreciate it. I’m very scared and my anxiety about this is driving me insane
