What y’all think

Question

So when I went for this ultrasound I was 5 weeks and 7 days.  I’ve had minor cramping which my doc said was normal. I’m not having back pain and no signs of blood. Is it normal to not see a yolk yet? 
But I think I see a start of something on the right side anyone see those little things?

Yes, when I had my first I didn’t see anything then 2 weeks later baby was perfectly healthy with a strong heartbeat. Don’t stress yourself out momma. I’m currently 25 weeks 5 days

That’s normal at 5 weeks sometimes because the baby is so small it’s easy for it to hide yet still see the sac
