Ovulation?

I sneezed & went straight to the toilet because I thought I wet myself, I had white stringy type of discharge left on my undies and then it dries up and leaves a huge wet patch what could this be am I beginning to become fertile or am I ovulating? It's been 5 days after my last period & I get my period every 23 days? Hoping to become pregnant. And I'm taking close look at my discharge
