This started to get irritated/show up about a week ago and I couldn’t wear underwear cause it made it worse, but it’s not getting better??

I work in the medical field and to me that looks like a moisture slit from your skin being too moist in the folds. Does it have a weird odor at all? If so, it could also be a moisture slit that has developed yeast and may need a powder called Nystatin to help get rid of the fungal infection part of it. If you can, keep it clean and dry. Maybe find some dry wipes or something that helps wick moisture away and keep them in between your fold to help keep your skin from touching. Good luck!

Girl I have the same issue but My area right there just gets extremely dry especially with this weather 
I make sure I use Vaseline and wear loose fitting items & I don’t wear panties unless It’s my AF week
