I been feeling off? ADVICE

So with this whole pandemic , obviously people get worried with different symptoms.

I recently got tested and I was negative and even then, I know how my body is when I have the virus because I had it before around October.

Anyways , my back has been cramping and I noticed my stomach hurts but not like a hurt? And I been moody,

I never had sex before , but I did get fingered and like the first time he did touch his dick and it had precum in it.

Like I’m confused on what it could be?

I know it can be a kidney infection or like what if I’m pregnant? LMAO I doubt I am but I’m just weirded out! Especially ESPECIALLY because I’ve been very moody. can it be because he fingered me to hard or what? Someone help😩
