Start of Labor?

Losing my mucus plug but no bloody show. Having some menstrual like cramping and lower back ache the past few days. 
I was 50% effaced at my 34 week appointment. 
See doctor tomorrow.

37 weeks +5 and having the same with some mild contractions! I’d say your body is Probly getting ready for the labor. Keep watching for the bloody show! I lost mine at 38 weeks and had my kids within 12 hours!

I’m 38+3, lost my mucous plug weeks ago, been having lots of strong contractions that last over a minute for about 3 weeks now, cramping, and lower back pain, but I’ve been dilated to 3 cm, 80 cm effaced for almost 3 weeks. Also, 3 weeks ago, baby was at station 0, and he’s moved back to -1 😂. He decided he’s really not ready yet!
