Is it my baby moving ?

So I’m 17 weeks and 4 days! 2 weeks ago I felt my first “ flutter “.

I was at work today and started feeling a pulse like feeling more like someone punching the inside of me. It was a funny feeling for about 20 seconds. I’m petite and I was told I can feel the baby move around this time. I told my doctor sometimes it feels like constant movement and I told her maybe it’s gas, she told me it may be the baby but because its my first, I may not know the difference.

Did anyone else feel this before ? Lol I think it’s the cutest thing ever.
