What age did you switch from crib to toddler bed or twin bed?

2.5yr old, I waited as long as possible to switch her to a toddler bed, she never tried to climb out but she was getting too heavy to lift in and out of her crib.

My 2 year old is still in a crib. Keeping him there for as long as he will stay put.

21 months. Our second came way earlier than expected (prematurely) and we needed to get her switched to a bed before baby came home from the nicu. Most people advise to be careful doing too many changes on a toddler at once like that, but it wasn't bad. It worked out well for us.

My son was only in his crib from 12mos-15mos. He slept with us before he was a year and by the time he was 15mos he could crawl out of the crib so it wasn’t safe. We didn’t do a toddler bed though, just went ahead and got him a full size mattress. He’s 3 and sleeps great on it now. In the nights that he was still waking up multiple times I was grateful for the big bed because it was much easier for me to lay down with him.

We will be moving my daughter into her twin bed when she is about 2, once the new baby comes 😊

She was 2 and a few months. Movies to twins with a railing. Probably would have waited a little linger but we need the crib for new baby lol wanted her settled in her bed first

My son will be 2 on Saturday and has been in a toddler bed for around a month. He never slept in a crib and is still in our room though. He’s always slept with us or in his pack n play until swapping to the toddler bed. He’s doing great!
