What would you do in my position?

I have been TTC for 19 months now after a missed miscarriage at 9 weeks. I’ve only recently been diagnosed with pcos because I have regular 30 day cycles. I at first thought I was not ovulating but when I had a saline sonogram done, I had ovulated and they saw a corpus luteum. I always have positive OPK and I’ve even purchased these urine strips that test for progesterone at home and they’re positive. So if I’m ovulating and getting regular periods, will meds and an <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> boost my chances at all? Should I be considering <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a>? Anyone with similar stories please comment. 💜
