Ultrasound q???

Question

Is it possible for me to get an abdominal ultrasound at 8 weeks and see the baby or the gestational sac. I don’t want to do transvaginal so the doctors said I can have an abdominal at 8 weeks but what’s the point if I’m not going to see anything. 
Plus I got quite abit of belly fat in the ultrasound region is it worth it ?? Will I be able to see my baby I’m dyinnnng to !!!!!

You should be fine. I’ve got a lot of belly fat and was able to see my baby perfectly at 8 weeks

Yes... at 6w 5d they seen bubba and heart beat for me and i am overweight x

This was my U/S at 8 weeks3days done abdominally. Curious tho, is there a reason you don’t want a vaginal U/S done?

I dint think they were able to get a good look with abdominal around that time.

I had an ultrasound at 8w 2 days and this is what my baby girl looked like 😁 just a tiny bean

I drank 2L of water before mine to ensure my bladder was veryyy full so that they could see baby 😂 
Mine was at 8w3d based on LMP but was adjusted to 7w6d. Saw the baby and heart beat and little arm and leg buds. The ultrasound photo doesn’t look as good as it did on the screen 😊
