Ptsd ?!

is it possible to have ptsd from a relationship? or i’m tripping ?

I haven’t been officially diagnosed with ptsd from that (I have for a different thing unfortunately) but yes it’s entirely possible. I have a mentally abusive ex (thankfully never physical but still) and I’m 100% sure I have ptsd from that. Like the other commenters have said if you ever want to talk or hear what I have been doing to try and work through and process it all I’m happy to share. Heck, if you just need help accepting that something traumatic happened I’m happy to talk, even after finally snapping out of it and breaking up with the guy it took me a few years to finally be comfortable enough with the knowledge to say “no that was abuse” or even just “I have an abusive ex” and I still find myself, not excusing what was done, but defending his character.
