Condom broke 😳😩

I am freaking out. The condom broke and I am worried there could be a piece left inside. I checked and didn’t feel anything but I’m still worried. Also worried about getting pregnant. I just finished my period yesterday but after this I started to spot because for some reason I started to get dry before he finished and that’s why the condom broke. Anyone ever go through this?? Any advice??
