Stress
It’s been emotionally hard for me recently and I don’t know how to cope with it well. My boyfriend is very supporting and loving, but sometimes his kind words don’t feel like it’s enough.
I’m stressing over being a good mom. I’m stressing over work. I’m stressing over the current events in my personal life. I’m stressing over Christmas and New Years. I feel like I’m being stretched thin and I feel ready to just collapse from burn out. My body image is doing poorly even though my body is supposed to grow to make my baby. My mind is a rut.
