My baby is 1 week old and I am pumping for him. He didn't latch as I have short nipples and he didn't like the nipple shield.

Since yesterday 1 of my breast has been really hard it hurts really bad. Every time I pump I get less milk from that breast than the other. I dont know if this is a clogged duct or engorged, but I need to know how to relieve this pain. My little one won't latch so thats not an option.
