A little concerned about my boys head size doctor and tech didn’t mention anything but I see everyone else’s heads smaller. Does anyone else have the same concern?

If the doctor didn't mention anything, I wouldn't worry.  The magnification may have been higher on this ultrasound,  making things appear larger.

If they didn’t mention anything, I wouldn’t worry. With my daughter her body always measured in the 50th percentile and her noggin was in the 70s-80s. Even now at 14 months, she has a larger head than her body in comparison lol. Her doctor says she’ll grow into it, and her gaps have been closing. Some kids just have big heads! ( to be fair, I have a big head, too! 😂)
