Play time fun?

Question

What do your baby play with during independent play, and what do you play together?
Independently my LO just throws toys around or bang them together or bang them on the floor.
Together we roll balls. I try to play with teddies but my baby isn't very interested... I know they say follow the child but I'm out of ideas

My son loves to be tickled and peek a boo. He will listen to a very short story (while trying to eat the book). He likes music and likes it when I dance and sing. He likes to knock down towers if I build them.

I like to create 'obstacle' courses and hide towers or toys under or behind pieces of furniture.  My little one loves to find toys as he moves around the room, and will spend an hour moving from toy to toy and retracing his steps!
