Positive ovulation test?

How long do you normally get positive tests? I thought it was like a 24 hour thing but mine is consistently 2-3 days of positives! This last cycle I got my first positive at 10 pm on Dec 21st and my last positive last night (Dec 23rd), this morning it was fading.

Usually I just have 2 days of positives but I’m on day 3 now.

I always just document the first day of a positive because ovulation is predicted to be 12-36hrs after, having a few other days after does not necessarily mean anything, if you still have intercourse the day of and day after ovulation the sperm can survive another 4-5 days.
