Sore nipples after ovulation

I have never experienced pains or discomfort at or after ovulation. I also never feel the exact moment like many woman do. This time my hormones are all over the place I think (I had 2 early mc in a row and again directly ttc). So around ovulation I got sore nipples, but now at 3 or 4 dpo I am still dying over here lol. I can not even shower properly! I only had this when I was pregnant (4 pregnancies 2 kids). It is too soon for pregnancy symptoms now because I used opk's. So.. my question is, when does this pain go away? It is really uncomfortable 🤪 and driving me nuts. How many days do your nipples hurt after ovulation? I really don't hope it stays this way until AF. And if it does with you I am so sorry, I feel for you! ❤ Google has no answer for me so I really hope someone here does 🤣
